Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING & RETURNS
MÄCHTIG will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address indicated by the customer, according to the delivery option selected by the customer when placing the order. MÄCHTIG will not make any shipment if full payment for the order is not possible.
Customers will be responsible for any consequences, such as delays in delivery, impossibility of delivery, return of products to MÄCHTIG, additional shipping costs, among others.
That result from providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or from the customer's absence during the delivery attempt.
SHIPPING TIME
Our shipments are made through the transport company DHL.
The shipping time of the products is approximately:
- Pereira Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 business days: Cost $10,000. Purchases under $380,000, purchases over the mentioned amount FREE.
- Next Business Day Delivery: 1 business day: Pereira Only. Cost $12,000, purchases less than $380,000, purchases greater than the mentioned amount FREE.
- Same Business Day Delivery: Order before 3:00 PM. Only Medellín, Envigado, Bello, Sabaneta and Itagüí. Cost $15,000.
Taking high seasons as a reference, this begins to count from the moment the order was approved. An order is approved when the bank accepts the payment.
Shipping is free for purchases over $380,000. If it is less than the aforementioned value, it will be paid according to the freight chosen ($10,000, $12,000 and 15,000).
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICIES
- Send an email within fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving the product to info@machtigstudio.com , with the reason for return.
- After the email is reviewed by us, the client will receive an email with the instructions to follow.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
- When the product is received, the supplier will carry out quality control which takes approximately five (5) business days. When the status of the product is determined, the change will proceed.
- The cost of return shipping of the garment must be assumed by the client, as established by the relevant law.
RETURN POLICY
- The customer will have the option to return one or more products in their order within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the garment(s). The carrier's receipt signed by the customer will be required as proof of the date of receipt.
The process for returning products is as follows:
- You must identify the product and the purchase date.
- Underwear (boxers, socks) do not have change.
- Send the change request within the first 15 calendar days after receiving the order to info@machtigstudio.com .
- Transportation and other expenses involved in the return will be assumed by the buyer. Whose product must be sent to the address Calle 10 #12B - 30 Pereira, Risaralda, you must notify in advance that the garment will be sent so that the MÄCHTIG After-Sales Service generates a shipping guide.
- Each product must be returned in new condition, with all labels in its original packaging. In case of
that the product has been altered or has been handled differently than necessary, modifying its characteristics or
operation, MÄCHTIG reserves the right to reject the request or replace the product.
If the change is accepted, the customer will be offered a size change, an exchange for another item or a balance for a new purchase through www.machtigstudio.com (the balance will be valid for 3 months from the date purchase) but no refunds will be made.
Purchases of sale items can be exchanged for sizes only and a credit will be given if the items are not in stock.
Products purchased through authorized MÄCHTIG distributors must comply with the distributor's warranty policies.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER CHANGE REQUEST
- Exchange for product size or color.
- Bonus charged for the value of the purchase to be redeemed online.
GUARANTEE
At MÄCHTIG the garments have a guarantee of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, no claims will be accepted for any reason. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.
If it is possible to repair the garment, we will proceed with the repair. Otherwise, an exchange will be made for a garment with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive an item different from the one ordered at the time of purchase, the customer can follow the following procedure to request a product change:
Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photographs that show the wrong item and send them along with the order number to info@machtigstudio.com . Once the error is confirmed, a collection guide will be sent to the customer to return the incorrect product.
MÄCHTIG will manage the collection at the same place of initial delivery. Once this process is completed, the correct product will be sent to the customer.
CANCELLATION
While the order has not been shipped, the Client will have the right to cancel all or part of his order by written notification sent to info@machtigstudio.com .
If the order has not been shipped, MÄCHTIG will issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, it will be considered a product return and shipping costs or taxes will be deducted as appropriate.
In case of cancellation, the money paid will be refunded within 20 business days of receiving the email requesting cancellation.
