MÄCHTIG's ambition is that the website is always up and running, however the MÄCHTIG store cannot guarantee this. MÄCHTIG cannot guarantee that all products shown will be available at the time of placing your order. In the event that the product you order is no longer available, we will contact you by email shortly after placing your order.

Due to the color settings of your device, the colors of the products shown in the images in the MÁCHTIG store may differ from their actual colors. The MÄCHTIG store is not responsible for this discrepancy.

THE PRICE CHANGES

The MÄCHTIG store reserves the right to modify the prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will be, at the time of placing the order, valid throughout that specific process.

PAY

The MÄCHTIG store accepts payments with VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. Full payment is collected when the package is shipped. Payment by credit card is made with our partner STRIPE. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be added to your order. Please see MÄCHTIG store shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.

COINS

The MÄCHTIG store is not responsible for currency exchanges or exchange rates that any bank may have when exchanging EUR, USD or COP to any other currency.

PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP

The MÄCHTIG store will not pay shipping costs for packages not collected.
